SuturePro
Suture Pro is an automated suturing device designed for open, laparoscopic, and robotic ventral hernia repair. The open prototype (pictured) has proven its effectiveness and has been submitted to SAGES as an emerging technology abstract for 2026.

Surgical Instrument Safety Attachment
A surgical instrument tracker clamp introduced safety concerns due to the risk of components separating from the device in the operating room environment. A one-piece clamp design was implemented as a drop-in replacement, integrating seamlessly with existing the LaparoGuard AR platform, as well as other instrument systems requiring tracker fixation.
Organ Retention Netting Device
A surgeon-inventor provided Mariner with a concept for an organ retention device. With Mariner, the concept moved through market and intellectual property assessments, proof-of-principle prototyping, and in-situ testing on a porcine model. The concept feasibility was assessed and presented to the inventor.
